Remote Travel Services
At Learn to Shoot, we understand the unique needs of those working in remote areas across the Northern Territory. Whether you're based on a cattle station, a ranger group, or part of a land council, we provide tailored firearm training courses to suit your role. Our mission is to bring the classroom to you, ensuring the highest quality training, regardless of your location.
We Come to You
We offer flexible travel options to reach even the most remote communities and properties. Our team can drive to your location, but we also have the advantage of air travel. Our lead instructor is a qualified pilot, allowing us to fly in and out using a Cessna 172 or Robinson R44, saving you time and reducing costs. This capability means we can efficiently serve regional centers, cattle properties, remote ranger groups, and land councils across the Northern Territory.
Tailored Training for Remote Roles
We know that the needs of remote workers are different. That’s why we design our courses specifically for those working in primary production, pest control, land management, and other specialized roles. Our programs cover everything from basic firearm safety to more advanced techniques needed for your daily responsibilities, ensuring you and your team stay compliant and confident in your skills.
Whether you’re looking to schedule a group training session or individual requalification, we’ll work with you to create a course schedule that fits around your busy work life.
Our costs
Our remote travel rates are standard across the board. We charge a fixed day rate of $1800 + GST, which covers up to 6 students, with an additional fee of $300 + GST for each additional student (up to a maximum of 12 students per day).
