The 311 competency is provided as needed across different locations in the country. The program includes three days of Theory and Theory Examination, Ground Helicopter Training, Ground Live Firing and a day of Helicopter Shooting and Final Accreditation.
Participants must possess advanced firearm handling skills and marksmanship and be assessed as competent for helicopter shooting by the end of Day 3.
